What documents do I need to upload?
Upload your current policies, procedures, and SOPs for the topics you've selected. Don't worry if they're outdated or incomplete—that's exactly what we'll help with. Even rough drafts or notes about how you currently do things are helpful.
How long does it take?
Turnaround is typically one week from when we receive your documents. For larger orders (10+ packs), it may take a few days longer. We'll confirm the timeline when we send your upload link.
What if I don't have any existing documents?
That's fine! Just tell us how you currently handle things in practice, and we'll create appropriate policies and procedures from scratch based on best practice and compliance requirements.
How do I pay?
After you place your order, our ops team will send you an invoice. Payment is by bank transfer—simple and no card processing fees. Once payment is received, we'll send you the secure upload link.
Can I order multiple packs at once?
Yes! Select as many topics as you need. There's no minimum order, and all packs are £25 each. You'll receive a single upload link for all your documents.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted file transfer for all document uploads. Your documents are only accessed by our review team and are deleted after the packs are delivered.
